1. Bart Hall (Kansas, USA) says:

For me, the most touching pic was #30, in which Sr. Sepulveda has brought a chunk of rock with him as a memento.

So often these things do not turn out as well, and I dearly hope the event will give people around the world a more appropriate sense of gratitude for the miners, foresters, farmers, fishers and other ordinary people whose difficult and dangerous work is the sine qua non of the daily life we enjoy.

How truly wonderful. God be praised.

  3. Dee in Iowa says:

Glued to the tube tell the last rescue team member was brought up….and like everyone else, praying, praising, and thanking Him that dwelled with these men from day one….Thanks be to God…..

  4. Branford says:

Prayers for the miners as they continue onward – there will be a lot of media attention, monetary enticements, etc., that may be disruptive to their lives and their families. I pray that they will have the support of those who have their best interests at heart.
